Dear ski resort entrepreneur, you must have wondered how to improve the utilization rate of your investment. Is the winter season too short and summer too long? MCC Action Park concept offers you a chance to utilize your investments for all year round. The utilization rate increases when you have the possibility for a new business season.
The nature of your business remains the same, the skis and snowboards are just exchanged for rubber wheels. Besides the equipment, almost nothing changes. You don’t have to retrain your staff, an introduction to downhill driving is sufficient. Easy slopes have been proven to be the best platforms for the downhill driving tracks, as they don’t need much excavation and the location is usually good.
Before you were marketing only for skiers, but now your target group can be broad and diverse.
The services of your ski resort combined with MCC concept forms together an attractive and diverse service package, ideal for families, companies and organizations. Well-designed local co-operation and events enable a greater total number of visitors in your facility.
If you wonder, why you should invest in the summer season, here are some of the numerous benefits that summer offers over the winter. People are having longer holidays which makes them seek out for new activities. Days are long and bright. The energy consumption of real estates is insignificant, and the slopes have no need for artificial lighting. You can exploit and expand the outdoor spaces in a completely different scale than in winter, as people want to enjoy from the nature, fresh air and other outdoor activities together with their friends and family. In addition, the start of summer season requires only a few working days, making it practically free compared to winter, and there is no need for expensive maintenance equipment.
Our concept is fully planned, and there is no fear of expensive surprises. MCC Action Park has been tested around the world and proven to be a profitable and worthwhile business.

The downhill cars have been a great addition for our summer activities! It creates more life and action to the area. With the ski lift spinning for the downhill cars we also now can offer lift supported downhill mountainbiking for our guests which also is a great complement to the downhill cars that also creates an extra income.
Normal feedback from our guests is that it doesn’t look that fast when you stand by the side watching but when you get in the car and take for first lap you are hooked because of the speed and competitive instinct against yourself and others. Adrenalizing, fun and the need to beat all your friends times is a few of the reasons almost every guest walks away with a huge smile that been stuck since the first ride! “ Much more fun than go bowling with the crew”
We would absolutely recommend other ski resorts to invest in a MCC action race track, it’s a fun addition for the community with a new activity that you may have never tried before.
It took a few seasons for people to find us but with the help of different event/experience companies we now have a large number of group events. We also have a big number of events booked through our own channels. From just a few persons to up to 80+ people, isn’t there enough cars? Plan a tournament where the best racers go against each other in a grand finale!
